[Pkg-dspam-misc] Upload to unstable?

Hi,

I fixed the two problems that Carlos encountered in trying dspam.

I run current dspam version on sarge with the postgresql backend with
out any problems...

IMO there are no major blockers anymore to upload to unstable.
