[Pkg-dspam-misc] Bug#357094: Admin interface, 'User Statistics' tab has false positives and negatives totals swapped

On the 'User Statistics' tab of the Admin interface the totals for FP
and FN (false positives and negatives) have been swapped. The values for
the individual accounts are placed correctly, which is how it is clear
that the totals are swapped.
