Me too!

I've just joined this list having been monitoring the archives on and 
off for a while now, and whilst there does seem to be demand for dspam 
3.8 there doesn't seem to be much interest in supporting that here. Is 
there something difficult about building it correctly, or is it just 
that the previous package maintainers are no longer around on this list?

Personally I don't have the skills to do this without help (otherwise I 
wouldn't be asking!) as generally "apt-get install" does all I need. But 
I'm keen to learn!
