dspam-webfrontend does not depend on apache2, it just suggests it (via 
mod-perl). It should also suggest apache2-suexec. Will there be an 
upload soon or should I do a NMU?

OTOH, a missing suggests is probably not RC. Downgrading this bug 
would be fine with me, too.
