[Pkg-dspam-misc] Bug#470662: Fixed in latest versions

In the version you have a problem with, /etc/dspam/dspam.d/pgsql.conf has the 
rights 640 with owner dspam and /usr/bin/dspam has the correct right 2755 with 
owner and group dspam. However, dspamc got the same right only later. 
Therefore, I guess your problem comes from this dspamc right problem.

Could you confirm that the rights (owner:group) on dspam and dspamc are 
respectively 2755 (dspam:dspam) / 755 (root:root)?

Could you also try to execute "chown dspam:dspam /usr/bin/dspamc && chmod g+s 
/usr/bin/dspamc" and say if it solves your problem?
