Heya again.

Same story as with the previous package (evas), not really a duplicate
of #535773, rather a generalization.

I'm not a big fan of .$arch and .$os files (more files to maintain,
specific versioned B-D), and maintainers tend to prefer conditional
actions in debian/rules, which is what I implemented for the FB part of
this package. I didn't use type-handling to limit the arch list, but
rather used the arch list on buildd.d.o and stripped the unwanted ones.

Patch attached. Verified that it doesn't change anything on Linux, using
a sid/amd64 cowbuilder chroot.

Also two notes:
 - both those packages seem not to clean properly, because of the doc
   tarball. You may want to use “clean::” for that purpose and/or fix
   upstream build system (I didn't investigate).
 - last time I read a cdbs doc, one had to include the class after the
   rules. You may want to reorder the includes.
