I can, but wouldn't that make the code more complex than it needs to be,
considering that the features provided by SA_SIGINFO aren't used at all?
I usually try to avoid adding a lot of #ifdef/#endif when it's not needed.

Nevertheless, if you think it's better this way, then I'll do it. I'll
have to check that no other portability problems have appeared in
libevas since last July, though.
