[Pkg-electronics-devel] packages for Icarus Verilog and GTKwave

The 64bit version compiles fine (without local libraries), but 32bit
versions do not. The Ubuntu build servers are 64bit (at least I think
so) and some zlib C macro in the GTKwave code is translated into
something that is only valid code on a 64bit system. While compiling
for 32bit systems I get an error. So this is probably a problem in the
Ubuntu PPA build server farm compilation environment. I will check the
details and report a bug to the Launchpad team if needed.
