Hello Wesley again!

I m extremely sorry on my part to have misinterpreted you I ve changed the
license to GPL-2 or later and released my packaging under public domain

The respective dsc file of the updated package can be found at:
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/e/emu8051/emu8051_1.1.0-1.dsc
