Hi Ahmed,

I pointed the patch you submitted to our tracker to the geda-dev list,
and Dan McMahill thinks your script is still relying on some
non-portable code.

I should have looked more closely.  His patch is still relying on bash
extensions but if we use his patch and change the "read" (in 2 spots) to
"read rslt" and then s/REPLY/rslt it should be fine.
