Dear Graziano and everybody,
I subscribed debian at eucalyptus.com to the commit mailing list for the Debian
packages maintained by us.
This night, I had a look at euca2ools version 1.3.1. I noticed that it depends
on python-m2crypto version 0.20.2 or higher. Unfortunately, it is not yet
available in Debian (nor Ubuntu). I looked at the difference between their two
latest Subversion tags:
svn diff http://svn.osafoundation.org/m2crypto/tags/0.20.1 http://svn.osafoundation.org/m2crypto/tags/0.20.2
According to the changelog, 0.20.2 restores some compatibility with old version
of OpenSSL. Is that essential to euca2ools?
PS: I just realised that the Debian euca2ools package is stored in a SVN as
well as a Git repository, after updating the SVN one. This is confusing… I
think that I was about to move the package to the Git repo but did not have an
opportunity to confirm that move by an upload.
Have a nice day,

Charles
