[Evolution] Bug#327757: evolution: Signature does not change when selected with scroll wheel

When composing a message, if you hover the mouse over the "Signature"
selection menu, you can use the scroll wheel to select a signature.
However, this doesn't actually have any effect: the signature in the
message does not change.  To use a different signature, you must actually
pull down the menu and select one by clicking.

I think the signature in the message should also change if you select one
via the scroll wheel.
