[Evolution] Bug#347374: Folder-subscriptions with IMAP4rev1

Hello :)

According to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=347374 you
had some issues
with subscription of folders using IMAP4rev1.

Could you please test the same with regular IMAP?

The IMAP4rev1-backend is deprecated and the same functionality and
support for IMAP4 is found in the regular IMAP-backend. IMAP4rev1 will
be removed as soon as there exists a good way to migrate users
automagically over to IMAP :)
