Do you know some accelerators for folder switching? Evolution is still
pretty much unseable by keyboard alone afaict...
I'd love to have easy to use accelerators for
- folder switching up/down (maybe ctrl+, ctrl+.?)
- go to next unread in all folders (ctrl+space maybe, like in liferea?)
