With evolution 2.10.1-1 in the archive, it's now possible to upgrade.
I'm downgrading the severity then, since the dependencies ideally
should have covered the phase where only evolution-data-server has a
newer version.

Beware that other dependencies, like evolution-exchange,
evolution-jescs, evolution-webcal, and others potentially can suffer
from the same problem. Please file individual bugs if you discover
such problems.
