Thanks. I downgraded the evolution* and libe* and libcamel* packages to
the versions in Etch/Sid (1.6.3) and evolution works again. I also tried
to rebuild the evolution 1.8.x package in a CHROOT and also tried to
make a symlink in /usr/lib/evolution-data-server-1.2/, but in both
cases, evolution hung or died with a segmentation fault.

Ok.

Because I mixed unstable and experimental and also because there is a
working setup, you may downgrade the severity of this bug-report, if you
want.

BTW: I attached the screenshots I missed in my OP.
