[Evolution] Bug#426595: Features: Possibility to specify specific port for SMTP

Hi Øystein,

I have already tested with hostname:port and it looks working.

But to be more user friendly, it's better if u have a field for this.
I received a notification[1] from other ISP that on the future, people
will be forced to change the default port to the new port.

And i think some people will be confused if he don't see the specific
field.
