[Evolution] Bug#444344: incorrect dependency on evolution-data-server

I recently upgraded to the 2.12 version of Evolution on my system which
is a mix of stable, testing and unstable. After the upgrade, trying to
send a new e-mail (or reply, forward, etc...) crashed the application.
Upgrading evolution-data-server to the latest version from unstable
fixed the problem.
In the console, this message was printed just before the crash:
(evolution:4344): e-spinner.c-WARNING **: Throbber animation not found
(evolution:4344): libglade-WARNING **: could not find glade file
'/usr/share/evolution-data-server-1.12/glade/e-name-selector-dialog.glade'
(evolution:4344): libglade-CRITICAL **: glade_xml_get_widget: assertion
`self != NULL' failed
(evolution:4344): e-data-server-ui-WARNING **: ENameSelectorDialog can't
load Glade interface!
My guess is that the dependency on evolution-data-server is not strict
enough. (NB: the System Information listed below has the
evolution-data-server package which works fine).
