[Evolution] Bug#496251: [evolution] evolution query password on startup when switched to offline mode

Hey,

I have network manager installed and it seems now every programm knows,
that I have no network connection. Actually this is wrong, as network
manager is not aware of the UMTS connection, but ok. The real problem
arises this time from the fact, that evolution is switched to offline
mode and then asks me for the password for all my accounts. This normaly
only happens, if there is a problem contacting the server.

Have a look at the attached screenshot. In this case I have a network
connection available, evolution thinks I'm offline and never the less
this annoying password dialog pops up... (This happens _every_ time I
start evolution)
