[Evolution] Bug#460330: evolution-exchange: Problems when sending mail to "too many" receipts (Exchange)

In my organization we send briefings by mail. We have Exchange in our
servers 

When I send briefings that from  Evolution to "too many" receipts (can't
precise the limits without spamming, though) they recieve the MIME
message. Here's an exerpt of what they recieve:

You can see the mime headers, and encoded accents. I'm also unable 
to send the briefings attached, because they would recieve the 
attachment as a MIME part encoded in base64.
