[Evolution] Packaging tasks to work on

I just uploaded evolution 2.12.3 to unstable. I uploaded despite
several issues with the current package. The important bugs #460583,
#460615, #461312 justified an upload without fixing the remaining
issues.

Here's things I've seen that can and should be fixed. See it as
suggestions for packaging tasks:
* Recruit more people to pkg-evolution
* Analyze #454434, find the cause and fix it. Clues are in strace -
there's an extra search for evolution-2.12.mo in a wrong location. Evo
2.12 (gutsy) seems to have the same problem (!), but not evo 2.10. I
suspect the backup/restore plugin, although moving it didn't help in
my case
* Check that #384280 has not resurfaced. I think the patch has been
removed without being applied upstream
* Remove lintian warnings - menu entry, .desktop files, standards
version, encoding of copyright file
* Package more 2.12.3 packages (eds, evo-exchange, evo-jescs, evo-webcal)
* Package upstream unstable patched with experimental patch from
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213072
* Make sure #393368 is resolved upstream - push patch to remove unfree
docs from evo-exchange
* Trial bugs
* Create test conditions and test scripts to do more systematic QA before upload
* Document packaging routines (check similar efforts in pkg-gnome and
other groups)

And much more.. ;)
