[Evolution] Bug#522862: evolution: Fails To Honor Settings

Exchange account in use... After updating to version 2.24.5-3 the carrot
for the default "on this computer" does not honor my settings and will
always start in the down position.
In addition, all mail filters are now broken and I get an error: Error
while Filtering Selected Messages. Cannot get folder
'personal/Inbox/US-CERT': folder does not exist." However,
the folder does exist and worked fine before the update.
