[Evolution] Bug#522862: Acknowledgement (evolution: Fails To Honor Settings)

Please delete this bug.  I accidentally submitted two bugs for the same
bug...  Bug#522863 is the one I would like to keep active as it contains
a screenshot describing my issue.
