[Evolution] Bug#541149: Bug#541149: attach face found in '~.evolution/faces' to outgoing messages

i write to you guys because that plugin doesn't that .. i have a
48x48 .png image, encoded with 'base64 -w0' program and in every
outgoing message it doesn't attach the picture, i must to manually make
clic in Insert->Face menu in order to do it .. i supposed that the
plugin will make this automatically but it doesn't
