[Evolution] evolution 2.27.4 in experimental

Hey,

I just uploaded evolution 2.27.4 in experimental, so you should be able
to build anjal as long as webkit patches are integrated.

When you start packaging it, please do it inside pkg-evo following the
scheme already defined so things are consistent.
