[Evolution] Bug#530793: evolution-plugins: mail notification plugin doesn't play sound

The mail notification plugin included in evoltion-plugins doesn't play
the specified sound file, neither on new mail nor on request in the plugin's
configuration dialog.
Running evolution from console and triggering the playback doesn't show any
debug or error output.
The notification itself does work.
