[Evolution] Bug#366338: #366338 evolution: send/receive button remains greyed out (when in offline mode)

Hi,
Well, the bug report obviously is quite old now, and things have changed
in Evolution a lot since.
So I'd just close it, since the key behaviour has improved a lot by now.

However, there is still a related issue with Evolution that I'm aware
of, but that should probably be handled as an upstream bug report.

I use an IMAP server on "localhost". Obviously, going offline shouldn't
prevent evolution from fetching emails from "localhost". I believe when
I reported this bug, I was seeing a similar thing with a local Maildir.
I was using the "sync mails" button to have evolution re-check the
maildirs. But the button was not available due to NetworkManager
claiming offline mode (I was probably connected without using
NetworkManager).

Regards,
Erich
