[Evolution] Anjal for Evolution 2.29.90

Dear Yves,

I've updated the package to use latest git snapshot that works with
Evolution 2.29.90 in experimental. Could you please help to upload it?
The current anjal package in experimental is broken and doesn't work
any more. I've tested it in pbuilder.
