[Evolution] Bug#457374: update

Hey,

I don't know anything about LDAP/NTLM support in Evolution, but seeing
the bug age and the fact that it was already for supporting old servers,
if you still carry the patch, I guess it can be dropped now. I'm not
sure if the bug lies in eds or evo-exchange though.

What exactly would you need from us to close this bug?
