[Evolution] Bug#586653: Without internet proxy it works

If I access the exchange server from my home box, it works like
the old version, so the problem must be related to that:

#95 0xb78eec2a in e_proxy_setup_proxy () from /usr/lib/libedataserver-1.2.so.13

Last time I filed a bug report it was like this.
Access from non-proxy works but proxy got only working with a newer
release.
