I have a VM with an exchange server here that I can test against (I'm
one of the openchange upstream developers). We will hopefully also have
an OpenChange-based MAPI server to test evolution-mapi against soon.

I'll try to help keep the package up to date where time permits. The
dependency chain doesn't make it really easy though, as evolution-mapi
versions usually depend on specific versions of evolution as well as
specific versions of openchange (which depends on specific versions of
samba4, which depends on new functionality only found in git snapshots
of heimdal, ...).
