Oh, thanks, retitling then. I don't have local mail accounts so I can't
easily reproduce but I trust you on that.

In fact, I'm not sure the bug is that the config wasn't updated, but
more that the mail folder was moved altogether, since it's not an
evolution local cache but rather a “remote” folder (it doesn't “belong”
to evolution). All in all, though, I don't think it's a good idea to put
that mail folder in the local evolution config folder since evolution
has no reason to consider it.
