[Evolution] Bug#812985: evolution-plugins-experimental: using external editor causes multiple .signatures

Package: evolution-plugins-experimental
Version: 3.18.3-1
Severity: normal

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an email account.
2. Add a default .signature for that account.
3. Enable the external editor plugin.
4. Start a new message.
5. Open the external editor using Ctrl-Shift-E.
6. Notice that the text contains your ~/.signature.
7. Edit the text.
8. Save and quit your editor.

Notice that you now have two copies of your .signature, one right after
the other. That's unexpected, and it's annoying to have to remember to
delete the signature in your editor. Evolution should add the
.signature only upon creation of a new message, and not every time it
reimports text from the external editor.
