<P>My name is Mrs. Anne Kone a banker and accountant in a bank here in Cote
d'Ivoire. I am contact you in respect to a transfer case with a large sum
of money from a dormant account . Although I know that a transaction of

in cote d'ivoire. My client, his wife and their three children were

the coast of Abidjan on January 31, 2000 all passengers on board died.)</P>
<P>Since then I have made several inquiries to the Embassy of Canada to
locate any of its parents extended by customers but it was unsuccessful
attempts, I decided to trace his last name to see if I could locate any
member of his family.</P>
<P>An individual who makes a deposit of a huge sum in our bank here in Cote
D'ivoire, but after this war has occurred in Cote d'Ivoire September 19,
2002. The deceased had an account valued at 11,500,000.00 ¬ uro. Our bank
has issued a notice to provide a parent or partner of the late foreign
customer to recover funds or our bank will declare the account inserviable
and confiscate the funds to the public treasure.</P>
<P>For nearly 7 years of research I have found none of his parents and yet
the bank has given a term of 8 years, I come to you for your consent to
present you as next of kin of the deceased since the funds can be claimed
by a foreign partner in another country under the banking contract in the
deposition signed by the DECEASED, I want you to play the role of foreign
partner so that the amount of money 11,500,000.00 ¬ uro can be transferred
to your bank account. then you and I will share it equally.</P>
<P>I require your cooperation, honesty, confidentiality, discretion and
commitment to this case not to make polymer in the case. Note that the
transfer will be executed under all legitimate arrangement that will
protect you against any infringement of the law.</P>
