Bug#274560: exim4-config: configuration should ask value for LOCAL_DELIVERY

Nowadays the standard MAILBOX is not any more the only default, so it
would be good if dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config would offer choice which
delivery is set by default.

Please add support for changing LOCAL_DELIVERY to e.g. mail_spool,
maildir_home; that is "Standard Berkely Mailbox" or "Maildrop" (see
/etc/exim4/conf.d/transport )
