Ohh, this is not used since in my setup DCconfig_internet is not set.  I
have only copied dnslookup_relay_to_domains into my DCconfig_smarthost
section.  Your refering to the rules in "dnslookup" I was not told to copy
this, thought now that I look at it it seams I should have.
