For those unfamiliar with tkman, it attempts to guess the major sections
of the man page, and the main material within each section.  "SEE ALSO"
is not a major section of the man page, so it wasn't displayed in the
initial, abbreviated view of the page.  I notice the text style is also
not that of a major section.
