Hi Folks!

It will be fine to have an (optional) external file to place a list of
"relay domains" using the same way as for hubbed_hosts or local_ files.

Currently, relayed domains can only placed in the dc_relay_domains variables
of the exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf file.

Only a small modification in 01_exim4-config_listmacrosdefs will be
necessary to add this feature.
