This means that the macro definition cannot be in the same file than
the actual ACL since the whitelist ACL needs to be before the RCPT
ACL, and the macro definition needs to be even more to the front of
the configuration.

So I'll change the documentation for now.

When exim bug 101 was fixed, the macro definition is eventually going
to move to the actual ACL file.
