That seems to pinpoint the problem to the ldap change:

*prompt* debdiff *deb
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.7-1), libcomerr2 (>= 1.33-3), libkrb53 (>= 1.6.dfsg.2), [-libldap2-] {+libldap-2.4-2+} (>= [-2.1.17-1),-] {+2.4.7),+} libssl0.9.8 (>= 0.9.8f-1)

The problem has been reproduced when people were using a exim linking
against the same libldap as libpq5 (libldap-2.4-2).
