Bug#561296: error with exim4-config script

package: exim4-config
version: 4.69-9

when using the "Maildir" location of mail delivery, the script does not set the $MAIL variable to the proper dirrectory in the user dirrectory, instead its left /var/mail/username. storing mail in /var/mail/ works normally.
