Bug#818349: I receive the warning when using single-file config but not split config

Hi,

I have a bunch of jessie hosts that are all very similar, and since
this upgrade one of them has been sending me this cron email during
cron.daily.

I checked out the difference between that host and the other and the
only difference in /etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf was:

dc_use_split_config='false'

After reconfiguring to use single config file I do not receive the
warning.

As I say these are very simple systems. Full content of
/etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf on them all (now) is:

dc_eximconfig_configtype='internet'
dc_other_hostnames='theirhostname.localnet'
dc_local_interfaces='127.0.0.1 ; ::1 ; 192.168.80.19'
dc_readhost=''
