Bug#819482: exim4-config: spelling mistakes

There are various spelling mistakes in the exim4 source, in particular
affecting the config files (exim4.conf.template), but some of these
mistakes also appear in the .c source files. Here are the changes to
do (several times):

  messsage -> message
  seldomly -> seldom
  targetted -> targeted
  receved -> received
  particularily -> particularly
