Bug#854896: exim4: Dpkg fails to upgrade exim4 on debian sid.

Dear Maintainer,

apt upgrade fails to upgrade exim4 and exim4-daemon-light.

Tried purging the package and reinstalling:

$ sudo apt install exim4
