[Pkg-exim4-users] exim won't relay my own mail

This does not look like you are sending *out* mail, this looks like
the machine running exim is supposed to act as smarthost[1] for
69.152.100.233. You have not configured that at all.

"dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config" should be helpful.
