[Pkg-exim4-users] How to run a script before each queue run?

My first advice, if they don't support SMTP AUTH, would be to bash them really 
hard about this. POP before SMTP is *so* 1990's. (If they actually already do 
support SMTP AUTH you should of course use that instead.)
