[Pkg-exim4-users] exim4 relay not permitted for MUA

Do you have a static IP address or do you do SMTP authentication?

You can allow relaying _TO_ domain and _FOR_ a host (which of course
needs a static IP).

Please explain with IP addreses. There is no such thing as a "domain
IP".
