[Pkg-exim4-users] can't send e-mail with mutt using exim4

Your exim tried to reach smtp.free.fr on 212.27.48.4 for three minutes
and then gave up. This says that your exim is configured correctly and
that your DNS works, but you seem to have a connectivity problem. Does
your ISP block outgoing port 25?
