[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] bibstuff goahead

Hi Folks:

I got the OK from the main developers of bibstuff to make any modifications
necessary to make bibstuff debian-compliant.  They have added me as a
developer on their googlecode page.  The plan is that I'll outline the
changes with them and they will be included in the upstream code so that we
won't have to make any mods in the future for future releases.

I still have not added the ITP, but I will soon (just no time to fiddle with
debian chroots while I prepare for sfn.)
