[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] documentation for pyepl

hey you guys,

per just showed me how to nab the pyepl source code from the alioth git 
repository. it's pretty great!

anyway, i had a question - if i wanted to contribute snippets and 
documentation for pyepl (ideally in a wiki form that others could add 
to), what do you think is the best way/place for me to do that?
